Job Description:
· Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and quality control.
· Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
· Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that the factory complies with all relevant regulations.
· Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
· Monitor production metrics and adjust as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs.
· Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Agriculture, or a related field
· More than 10 years’ experience in the frozen fruits and vegetables industry.
· Production Planning and Operations Management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
