Work Location :10th of Ramadan CityResponsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the needs of Farming Sector.
· Oversee employee relations, addressing workplace issues effectively and fostering a collaborative environment.
· Ensure full compliance with labor laws and safety regulations relevant to Farming Sector.
· Design and manage performance evaluation systems to enhance productivity.
· Lead training and development initiatives focused on farming-specific skills.
· Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems efficiently.
· Maintain HR metrics to monitor workforce performance and recommend improvements.
· Promote a safety-first culture and oversee HR-related aspects of health and safety programs.
· Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Qualifications:
· From residents of 10th of Ramadan City is preferred.
· Strong Knowledge benefits, and payroll systems.
· Understanding of labor law and HR Policies.
· Proven ability in Employee Relations and labor law compliance.
· Skills in Performance Management.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Relevant bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
