The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and events that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to build relationships across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and implement marketing plans for collaborative events and promotions.
-Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines, and stay within budget.
-Locate resources, visit sites, and lead pre-event meetings to help staff decide on event design.
-Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.
-Track and analyze the performance of collaboration deals and events to assess effectiveness and ROI.
-Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, service staff, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
-Manage on-site event operations, including resolving any issues that may arise.
-Develop compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with the company for events.
-Negotiate and close cooperation deals that maximize revenue and profitability.

Qualifications:

·        2+ years of experience ( preferred in the food and beverage industry.)
·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·        Excellent communication, Negotiation, and presentation skills.
·        Strong organizational and time-management skills.
