Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage complete employee files.
Prepare attendance records and ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with the payroll team to provide the necessary information for salary processing.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support the HR department in various personnel-related tasks.

Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in HR or personnel management.
HR diploma or relevant certification is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
