Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to remain competitive in talent acquisition.
- Enhance the candidate experience and promote our employer brand.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
-1 to 3 years of experience
- Proven experience in hiring White and Blue Collars.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successful placements.
- Strong sourcing abilities using various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
