1- Cost Accountant (Mid-Level)
✅ Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze cost reports in a timely manner
Accurately estimate and calculate recipe costs
Monitor and analyze variances between actual and estimated costs, providing actionable recommendations
Track and control site consumption to ensure cost efficiency
Periodically review consumption and service costs to maintain accuracy and budget compliance
Improve financial processes and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality
Collaborate with various departments to optimize spending and achieve financial objectives
* Requirements:*
✔ 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing, food, or services
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
🔹 2- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Accountant
-Responsibilities:
Manage invoices, payments, and financial transactions for clients and suppliers
Prepare accounts receivable/payable reports to ensure proper cash flow management
Review financial contracts and agreements with customers and vendors
Address any billing or payment discrepancies
Prepare periodic tax returns related to receivables and payables
* Requirements:*
✔ 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
✔ Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
🔹 3- Real Estate Accountant
-Responsibilities:
Manage financial accounts for real estate projects and review project costs & WIP (Work in Progress), including progress billing
Monitor and analyze variances between actual and estimated costs, providing actionable recommendations
Prepare and analyze profit and loss reports for real estate investments
Handle lease contracts, rent payments, and other real estate-related financial transactions
Review property-related expenses to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning
* Requirements:*
✔ 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting, preferably in property development or construction
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
✔ Strong knowledge of property accounting, contracts, and financial reporting
