CFO (Industrial Background)
Job Purpose:
Will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities. This role demands a financial expert with a strong industrial background, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, or specifically the tire industry. The CFO will drive the company's financial strategy, ensuring its alignment with operational goals, optimizing profitability, and maintaining robust financial health. This individual will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while also managing risk, compliance, and funding activities.

Job Description:

1.    Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall strategic objectives and promote sustainable growth.
2.    Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
3.    Manage the financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax functions.
4.    Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
5.    Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
6.    Lead the development and implementation of cost-control measures and profitability improvement initiatives.
7.    Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to optimize financial resources.
8.    Evaluate and advise on investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic financial decisions.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
10.    Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
11.    Ensure that financial systems and processes are efficient, effective, and scalable.
12.    Oversee the internal and external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, accounting, or related field.
-12-15 years of progressive experience in financial management.
-Proven experience in Financial Management roles, with a focus on Tires and Manufacturing Industry.
-Professional certifications like CPA, CFA, CMA or CA, and significant experience in finance and leadership roles.
