Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Very good English language
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sap User is a must.
Job Duties:
-Calculates and provides staff with benefit allowance, reviews enrollment forms for accuracy.
-Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
-Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes on time.
-Maintains listing of approved foundation positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
-Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals.
-Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and benefit allowances.
-Prepares paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establishes personnel file.
-Maintains the employee handbook with updated resolutions and other information, as -needed.
-Provides training for new and current employees on HRIS.
-Dealing with individual disciplinary issues, grievance, competency, incentives, and appraisal issues.
-Developing policies and processes that contribute to realizing the Company’s aims and objectives.
-Monitoring the attendance of all employees and completing regular attendance reviews.
-Dealing with day-to-day issues such as requests for leave of absence and resolution of people’s problems.
-Provide general advice on personnel issues and support managers as required, offering a -practical and informed interpretation of Company’s policy and employment legislation.
-Provide guidance on employment law and changes that affect the Company.
