Internship Description
Support the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done safely and efficiently.
Liaising with other stakeholders to develop plans to improve production, costs, and labor.
Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
Material planning and management.
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Internship Requirements
•Senior Students or Fresh grads in Engineering, Sciences, Agriculture, or any related majors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, either through academic, extracurricular, or professional activities
• Enthusiasm for learning, growth, and taking on new challenges.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
