Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative designs for digital and print materials (social media, ads, branding, presentations, etc.).
- Lead the visual direction of projects and ensure brand consistency.
- Translate marketing briefs and concepts into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and media teams.
- Review and improve designs to ensure high quality and accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in designing for social media and digital marketing.
- High attention to detail and strong visual judgment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing or fast-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing strong and diverse design work is required.
