وظيفة مدير مبيعات بشركة كن الرقمية
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts by overseeing the performance of the sales team, creating and implementing successful sales strategies, setting sales goals, and analyzing market trends. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing training and support to the team, and generating reports to track progress. Additionally, the Sales Manager will represent the company during business meetings and events to promote offerings and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Previous experience in Training or any related sector is a Must
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in Team Management and Performance Optimization
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Strategic Planning skills and the ability to analyze and interpret market data
- Results-driven mindset with effective Problem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
