Egybell is hiring a dynamic Operations Coordinator.

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our back office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning documents, handling immigration issues, and providing administrative support. Excellent MS Office skills are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Document Management:
  •  Scan and organize documents efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
2. Immigration Issues:
  •  Handle immigration-related tasks, such as tracking visa statuses and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  •  Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders as needed.
3. Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and other office duties.
  •  Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements:
  •  1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role,
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel to prepare documents, reports,
  •  Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Experience with document management systems and scanning software is a plus.
