Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan & execute B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, and email) to promote our construction services and completed projects.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including project portfolios, case studies, brochures, press releases, and website content.
Internal Communication: Manage the creation and distribution of internal communications—such as company-wide newsletters, leadership announcements, and organizational updates—ensuring strategic alignment and engagement between corporate staff and on-site construction teams.
Event Coordination: Organize and represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and networking events.
Project Documentation: Coordinate with site teams to capture high-quality project photography, videography, and drone footage for marketing use.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, including printers, media outlets, and freelance creatives. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
- Agency experience is highly preferred, demonstrating an ability to manage fast-paced projects, think creatively, and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical construction details into engaging external content, as well as craft clear, empathetic internal messaging.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience developing internal corporate communications or collaborating on employee engagement initiatives is a strong plus.
