Description Review the received shipments information from Client or its shipment agent. Review the shipment contents in terms of quantity, quality, varieties and colors regarding to the “perform invoice week report, packing list and spear parts list that received from the Supply chain manager and maintenance manager. Claiming Client by the rest of the goods in case there is a shortage of the received shipment. Received and review the original documents of each shipment and handling it with clearance agent Received checks from the suppliers accountant to take the necessary actions. Follow up the situation of the shipment with the customs clearance to solve any problems and to be informed by date of shipments moves. Communicate with sales managers, supply chain manager and the chief accountant informing them by the date of receiving the shipment and its detailed contents. Ensure delivering the shipment to the inventory and maintenance department by receiving confirmation email. Deliver an email from Samsung by advertising materials and go through printing it with the concerned service providers. Search for the high quality products with lowest prices regarding the department requests for local purchasing issues. Perform any other tasks within the same level of authority.
Qualifications University degree in any discipline. Experience in the same field from 3 - 5 years.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Computer literacy and good use of software systems Very Good organization skills.
