A prestigious Import&Export company is looking for a FEMALE Import Coordinator
Job Qualification:
- Education: Business and administration or Faculty of Commerce.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in import/export industry.
- Knowledge: Requires a basic understanding of customer service, Fluent or very good in English,
Ability to work on Office especially: Word, Outlook and Excel, PC data processing and telephone skills; familiarity with import procedure.
Soft Skills: Strong Listening skills, Can work under pressure,ability to get along with others, take constructive criticism and be a team player.
- Other Abilities: Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Job Description:
- Reviews and follows-up on purchase orders and verifies shipping is on schedule.
- Assists customers through telephone and written correspondence regarding sale, purchase, and import of merchandise; handles questions and concerns of customers throughout the purchase process as well as contacts customer brokers to clarify shipping related questions.
- Organizing and sorting files on computer.
- Filing and organizing projects/orders/shipments.
- Keeping track with supplier’s orders and offers.
- Following up with supplier’s notifications and questions.
- Reviews and follows-up on purchase orders and verifies shipping is on schedule.
Location: Maadi
(MAADI RESIDENCE OR NEARBY RESIDENCE ARE PREFERRED)
