• Search for candidates - Fill vacant positions -Screen cvs and make short list for HR Manager and line manager to have final interview - Conduct tests & interviews - Conduct orientation program for new hires - follow up with line managers probation evaluation - personnel files documents -achieve the yearly training plan - follow up evaluation of trainees, training courses and trainers for the employees best interest- payroll administration.
Requirements:- B.Sc. degree, Excellent interview skills - Practical experience in same job responsibilities is a must. - HR postgraduate study is a plus, Excellent time management – hard worker and dedicated – 2-4 Experience - Car owner is a must.
