IT Helpdesk specialist, With the below requirements : -
-Very good command of English and Arabic
-2 years practical experience in relevant positions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Answer & support staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications
•Troubleshoot computer Hardware and software problems.
•Trace computer problems (Hardware, Software, user access, etc.) to reach permanent solutions.
•Advise staff on appropriate action.
•Follow up the receiving and delivery hardware, and IT consumers, requests from and to all employees.
•Document resolution for future reference.
•Support staff onsite or remotely at any location.
•Photocopiers, desk system & servers
