Description 1. Manage, track, measure, lead time performance on all shipping lanes. 2. Managing inbound logistics trackers accuracy with freight forwarders. 3. Managing relationships and service Level agreement with freight forwarders through regular calls, meeting and review sessions. 4. Supporting the receiving with problem solving, receiving stock accuracy, paperwork accuracy, customs and port health issues. 5. Transit matrix management and update based on changing international freight conditions. 6. Manage all delivers plan to distribution center with reference log, within receiving capacity. 7. General housekeeping for audit requirements. 8. General Housekeeping for audit requirements. 9. Involved in all south African logistics projects and maintaining the regional logistics share point site with south Africa data set ( customs duty. excise tax, import brokerage). 10. Dealing with all international inbound logistics, supporting marketing, sourcing, RND, Planning, production. 11.Pretoria Cape Town and Durban beauty canters inventory and orders Management. 12. Checking Freight forwarders Invoice accuracy before coding for Managers approval. 13. Signing Invoice requisitions as first level sign off. 14. Issue Performance state to the head of supply chain. 15. Airfreight expenditure tracking and feedback to regional management team.
Qualifications 1. Detail Oriented. 2. Very good communication skills 3. Self Time managed. 4. Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain logistics

Education major Foreign Trade
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Self Motivated. Very good knowledge of MC Office.
Compensations Transportation Meal Bonus based on evaluation every 3 months
