C- Propose Solutions & Follow up of their Implementation. 3. Material Requirements Planning (MRP): - Planning for materials availability according to Production Planning. 4. Capacity Planning: A- Calculation of machines capacity concerning future production plans. B- Assessment of machines status & propose solutions for high capacities. 5. Plant Cycle Time: A- Monthly Calculation & Reporting of Plant Cycle Time. B- Assessment & Analyzing of PCT Elevation Reasons. C- Propose Solutions & Follow up of their Implementation. 6. Lean Management Team member: A- Assessment of departmental procedures & Identify improvement areas. B- Propose Solutions & Follow up of their Implementation
Qualifications BSC. of science or pharmacy
Gender Male
Education major chemistry
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Very Good command of MS Word, Power point and Excel. - Very Good knowledge about Production procedures. - Good knowledge about chemical & - Good knowledge about Qualifications & Calibration procedures.
