Secretary Required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Type correspondence, reports and other documents
2.Maintain office files
3.Open and distribute the mail
4.Take minutes at meetings
5.Distribute minutes
6.Coordinate repairs to office equipment
7.Maintain confidential records and files
8.Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies and procedures
9.Prepare correspondence for Board members
10.Prepare documents and reports on the computer
11.Schedule Board meetings
12.Prepare agendas for Board meeting
13.Prepare packages for Board meetings
14.Greet and assist visitors
15.Answer phones
16.Direct calls and respond to inquiries
Knowledge & Qualifications:
• knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
• ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning financial and employee files
• Fluent English
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• very effective organizational skills
• computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word-processing programs
• Graduated from Business Administration
• Lives in Heliopolis or nearby
• Very presentable
From 9 to 5 Sunday to Thursday
Salary: 1200 to 1500
