Description 1. Preparation financial reports such as profits & Loss, Balance sheet, cash flows and commentary periodically. 2. Generation on monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports and ad hoc accounting & reporting duties. 3. Supporting / conducting budgeting and forecasting and reviewing and controlling budget Vs actual. 4. Participating in significant decision - making of new operation and handle of accounting matters in progress on currently the most problematic differences in foreign exchange rates. 5. Ensured compliance with corporation tax, vat return, and other local return. 6. Manage filling of annual corporate income tax return and corporate tax forecast. 7. Supported internal and external audit procedures by providing necessary financial data. 8. Direct all financial reporting in compliance with local GAAP. 9. Supervise and participate in the posting balancing and reconciliation of the G/L. 10. Manage work involving exchange rate valuation and negotiated on import and export, achieving conditions and terms favorably to the company.
Qualifications 1. Skilled in office administration, records and file management, and effective correspondence with staff members and clients. 2. Proficient in using office applications, including MS Office and other software applications, to process documents, draft reports and conduct on and offline researches. 3. Highly regarded as a team player, detail oriented, analytical person who enjoys working with people. 4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Business English.
