Description Accountable on supply chain productivity targets - Lead the execution of key projects aiming to increase efficiency inside the SC - Create a funnel of projects aiming to reduce the cost and achieve better synchronization inside the supply chain - Deploy the SQCDM project inside the warehouse and transportation - Optimize truck utilization for all region - Minimize the cost of waste within the transportation - Maximize the assets utilization from manpower to vans to utilities - Enhance throughput targets and warehouse efficiency
Qualifications Bachelors in any specialization; preferably engineering, economics, or math - 2 to 3 years in the supply chain field within an FMCG environment - Excellent English and Arabic Personal Competencies: - Leadership, drive for results, organized, analytical, communication, presentation and leading by example Technical Competencies: - Aware of quality and safety management methods and practices (LOTO, WISE, AIB…etc.) - Excellent MS Office, knowledge about lean operation and TPM is a plus
