Description 1-Handling field maintenance activities mainly corrective and preventive maintenance and also network changes that require physical intervention. 2- Fault management through physical interactions at sites, Preventive maintenance of the sites. 3- Manage Routine Alarms in the Network 4- Investigate the alarms, resolve fault & reassurance with NOC 5- Resolution of Network failure core related 6- Trouble Ticket Management closing and acknowledgement 7- Logging all incidents / major alarms in FM Trouble Ticket or Work Order reply. 8- Reports Generation. 9- Storage, tracking and movement of spares. 10- Fault Management through OSS / FM system. 11-Provide Training to Field Engineers.
Qualifications B.Sc. of Electronic Engineering Electronics and Electrical Communications Department • Excellent command of computer software applications, and Internet usage. • Ability to learn new technologies and new tasks quickly. • Ambitious, Able to work under stress, and Deal with difficult situations. • Self motivated, self dependent and hard worker. • Ability to work in a team spirit. • Very organized person with a well organized personality.
