Description - Develop positive relationships with existing clients in order to maximize sales opportunities. - Targets achievement. - Monitor customers behavior. - Transferring all the market information and outputs to the direct supervisor. - Responsible to build strong relationship between the customers and the company. - Manage information going to customers that have an impact on their businesses (price change, company program, market information ‡‡.. etc ). - Supporting and directing marketing and promotion activities carried out in the area. - Daily follow up of the customers requirement and sales plan preparation. - Daily tracing to the competitors activities and tactics. - Prepare area weekly report (No. of visits, volumes distribution, newly targeted customers and existing market prices). - Focusing on high margin products.
Qualifications Engineering Graduated degree (Civil or Architecture) - Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Ready-mix and Large Contractors. - Good command in English. -Good understanding of the Construction market and its development and fluctuation, especially medium and mega scale projects. - Having good communication skills, problem solving and negotiation skills
