Description Identifying new business opportunities and business partners in order to generate new business through researching, networking, analyzing data and propose innovative solutions Work closely with all ELTC departments to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes and develop policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and prepare a solution action plans Monitor process flow within the department to ensure smooth and accurate methods to handle the various types of work. Develop strategies to ensure efforts are not duplicated and that efficiency is maintained without losing quality and accuracy of work. Problem solving and creativity that lead to the development and implementation of new approaches and methods are facilitated at every opportunity Proactively anticipate problems and provide solutions to all ELTC departments Create, update, and maintain a record on all relevant activities obtained about all departments Determine strategy for increasing or maintaining business Attend networking events, and industry functions
Qualifications •1-3 years of experience •Bachelor Degree •Excellent written and spoken English •Dual keyboard skills •Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office •Good communication skills •Ability to work under pressure
