Description     1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. 2. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client 3. Research and build relationships with new clients. 4. Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business 5. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. 6. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. 7. Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like pre qualification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner. 8. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the companys people and capabilities, and goals to enhance the companys performance 9. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. 10. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations 11.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 12. design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals.
Qualifications    Bachelor’s degree and 6-9 years of sales or marketing experience. An MBA is often requested as well. Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, , Professionalism, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
