Description     The Call Center Agent provides high quality information to AMIDEAST phone clients with a positive attitude, responds to and tracks customer complaints, transfer calls to appropriate staff members as needed, and assists with other customer service tasks when the call volume is low. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Provide high quality and consistent information on all AMIDEAST products and services to phone customers within a specified average time for the call. - Research required information using available resources. - Cross-promote AMIDEAST products and services. - Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints. - Follow up with clients with unresolved issues to make sure their required services are delivered within the agreed upon time. - Route calls to appropriate staff. - Collect client information for accurate completion of call logs and reports. - Share corporate leads with appropriate departments. - Recognize, document and alert the Customer Service Leader of trends in client calls. - Use Call Center software to answer calls. - Follow the telephone skills and etiquette techniques as described during training. - Be a supportive team member within the Customer Service Department and with other departments. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Leader. - Follow all departmental and organizational procedures and systems.
Qualifications    Required: - A university degree; - Excellent spoken and written English language proficiency - Excellent spoken Arabic language proficiency - Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment, specifically Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point - Strong communication and organizational skills, including attention to detail Preferred: - Customer Relationship Management experience - Strong people skills - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to work flexible hours - Strong ability to work independently within a team environment
