Description 1) Handle out bound and inbound calls. 2) Handle emergency in bound calls, and offer the needed medical support and guidance. 3) Answers inquiries & fulfilling requests . 4) Handle client complains, resolves problems. 5) Maintains patients updated data records. 6) Following operational guidelines and procedures checklist.
Qualifications 1. Bsc. Of Medicine or Pharmacy 2. 1-3 years of experience 3. 1-2 Years of experience in a medical insurance company would be an asset. 4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office package. 5. Very good command of English ( written & spoken) 6. Excellent communication & problem solving Skills. 7. Flexible with shift basis (9 working hours rotational shifts 5 days a week).
