Description Participating in preparing the company Man Power plan. Participating in preparing job descriptions. Preparing company salary scales and grades and constantly updating them. Participating in reviewing employees performance appraisals. Execute the processes of recruitment, promotions and terminations. Ensuring the safety and confidentiality of all employees personal documents. Participate in managing the social insurance, taxes and labor offices. Assist in preparing company payroll. Following up employee benefits. Coordinating and following up all the company training programs. Participate in preparing the company Health and Safety plan. Preparing department correspondents. Coordinating with all other departments in the HR needs. Preparing department reports. Ensuring proper filing systems.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in a relative field. •3 years experience in a similar position.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills •Excellent MS Office skills. •Report writing skills. •Excellent communication skills. •Organized. •Problem solving and decision making skills. •Good knowledge of Labor and Tax laws.
