Description Recruitment & Selection Responsibilities: 1- Choose the most appropriate advertisement channels for each vacant position to ensure the maximum response of candidates. 2- Perform the initial screening for the incoming resumes and grade each one according to applicants experience, education and our job description and specification. 3- Prepare a shortlist of incumbents for vacant position. 4- Schedule, organize & prepare recruitment preliminary tests to test each candidates technical skills, language and Internet usage skills. 5- Schedule and organize HR & Technical interviews with targeted candidates. 6- Prepare all hiring-related papers (contract, employment notification, challenge plan, welcome note) Training & Development Responsibilities: 1 Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers & propose training plan for further approval. 2- Implement the companys annual training plan in the best way to get the most benefit & to make sure that training objectives are fully achieved. 3 Participate in designing and conducting newly hired orientation sessions. Other Responsibilities: 1- Participate in organizing Social and Recognition Events contributing to employees retention. 2- Maintain documentation relating to all HR activities such as recruitment, personnel, training, performance appraisal, etc.. 3 Assist in generating the monthly payroll.
Qualifications 1 - University degree in Business Administration or any relevant field. 2 - Minimum 3 years of experience in a variety of HR functions. 3 - Strong background of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training & compensation and benefits. 4 - Very good command of English and Arabic languages. 5 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross functional teams. 6 - Highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic. 7 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
