Description 1.Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Websites, call applicants and set up interviews, reviewing resumes, Filtering and Screening CVs, conducting initial interviews with the candidates to choose the best one who fits in the job description required and the companys culture. 2. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures 3. Responsible for creating & updating the Company JDs in order to assure the JDs are properly matched to current and potential business practices. (Periodically) 4. Creating new forms and applications. 5. Reporting all required reports and presentations to Human Resources Manager. 6.Filing all HR administration work 7.Updating the automation system with all new hired employees and giving code to each. 8. Review the database on the automation system periodically. 9.Issue the experience letters upon the employee request. 10. Follow up the contracts ending dates and renewals. 11. Issue all the reports monthly from the automation system to be discussed with the HR Manager. 12. Handling exit interview with the resigned employees 13. Commitment towards all company QMS and HSE MS requirements.
Qualifications 1.2 Years of experience. 2.Bachelor Degree in a related field, HR Diploma is an asset. 3. Excellent English. 4. Excellent MS Office skills.
