Description Reviewe and update job descriptions. Specifying vacant position according to the manpower plan. Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan. Screenings, filtering CVs and arrange interviews. Preparing & handling Personnel issues (Work contracts according to labor law, Social insurance, hiring and termination processes according to labor & Social insurance law). Handling all related issues to social insurance & Labor Office authorities. Establish and maintain all personal files & records. Coordinating training needs with assigned departments. Coordinating out-door training programs with different training providers. Organizing, and coordinating indoor training programs. Updating training documents, HR documents. Contacting the IMC to finalize all the paper work to implement the training plan, and finalize the payment procedures.
Qualifications Bachelor degree. Excellent knowledge of labor regulations and social insurance.
Gender Male
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Excellent computer skills. (Excellent Knowledge of MS Office). Effective presentation skills. Excellent Communication Skills.
