Urgently required for a well-established company working on the field of training and business services in Maadi:-

Secretary / Office manager:

Job Requirements:

Female or male.
Presentable.
Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience.
Very Good English and computer skills.
Excellent Inter-personnel and hospitality skills.
Organized.

Job responsibilities:

Handling all secretarial duties including mailing, filing, typing and other secretarial work.
Responsible for office maintenance.
Handling company social media.
Responding to customer inquiries.
Handling workplace resources (stock, stationery, office assets).
Supervising office boys.
Managing office expenses.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM– 4:30 PM

Work Location: Maadi

Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Salary range: 1100 EGP- 1400 EGP
