Description To Lead the maintenance team in Shift “both electrical and mechanical. Ensure the reliability of production line through corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. To participate in establishing and executing identified projects to increase productivity,reliability, cost reduction, quality and HSE improvements. To be responsible for the management of Health, Safety and Environment. To effectively lead and manage the team. To train and develop the team effectively to meet business commitments and requirements. To be responsible for the technical performance of the float line. To ensure the quality of the product. To manage costs effectively.
Qualifications •BSC of Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering. •Experience is between 3-4 years heavy industry (Steel / Cement). •Fair Knowledge of mechanical systems and mechanical power transmission elements. •Good Communication, Presentation and Team working skills. •Good Computer literature.
