Description handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks to a group of lawyers, and will be able to work within a team and independently with little or no supervision. Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications - Have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a sophisticated corporate environment;- Master the advances functions of the Microsoft Office and Adobe suite of applications;- Possess first-class organizational skills (including excellent filing, labeling sorting, data recording and retrieval ability, time management);- Be proficient at audio and standard Arabic and English touch-typing (60+ wpm);- Be competent with advanced telephony (handling multiple calls simultaneously, accurate message-taking, and advanced conferencing) and other standard office equipment;- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;- Be reasonably numerate;-Perform effectively with minimal supervision and under the pressure of tight and competing deadlines;- Be helpful, flexible, reliable, meticulous, friendly and discrete, and in general maintain poise, professional appearance and demeanor;- Be fluent in English and Arabic.

Other Skills This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs. Expert level written and verbal communications skills, strong decision making ability when needed, and attention to detail are equally important.
