Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Handles the day-to-day operations of Sales operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Prepare new initiatives annual volume forecast and pipeline filling based on estimated exit share. Prepare demand / consumption and distributors holding stocks to Primary targets to be supplied from the factory. Coordinate with System & Information Supervisor to ensure that the sales systems & reporting system are running efficiently and meeting business needs
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business related field 3-5 years relevant experience in sales operations/ planning in the FMCG field Strong analytical skills Confident, self-starter able to work in a dynamic environment Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
