Description The Operations and Archive Technician is responsible for performing operational tasks related to service delivery to mobile operators such us content ingestion (data entry in Qanawat systems) and content uploads (music files, mp3, WAV, etc) to mobile operators systems. This role is also responsible for daily data entry (Contracts, CPs, Authorization letters, Artist name, Album Title, Song Title, Media file, etc) into Qanawat Digital Access Management (DAM) system for all new contents received.
Qualifications 4+ years of work experience; IT background is ideal Expert in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and other Microsoft applications. Typing Speed 50 wpm Oral and written communication in Arabic and English. Efficient, professional and can work under pressure Strong attention to detail.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
