Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Report, respond and resolve issues , customer requests and problems. Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g. procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware. Assuring software and systems quality and functionality. Writing and maintaining documentation. Monitoring systems resources including performance, capacity, availability, and recoverability. Applying customer support policies, procedures, and standards. Identify and resolve issues and problems whenever possible. Assure users have the right access to the authorized applications/modules in regular basis. Assure the right versions of modules/reports are used.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 0-2 years relevant experience in supporting ERP Applications
Gender Male
Education major Information Technology
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
