Description —Work in preparing and submitting a complete study technically& financially for (Construction/ Architecture / HVAC /Fire / PL / P. Station/ WWTP) —Responsible for the projects mechanical specifications (such as air conditioning ” Fire Fighting ”Elevators - kitchen ” Laundry- Boilers ---------) —Responsible for Quantities Survey lists and civil , Arch, Mechanical drawings. —Responsible for recoding and contacting Local & Foreign suppliers to obtain offers for the projects items. —Responsible for Comparing and reviewing the suppliers offers and select the best in technically to match the tender documents & commercially to won the project. —Responsible for determining the cost of mechanical works Bill of quantities including )supply, install and handling over–. —Responsible for the study of the tender (Drawings - Bill of quantities ” Specifications ) —Responsible for the preparation of the technical offer (Catalogs - Technical Data sheet ” Suppliers lists - -----------)
Qualifications •Software program as AutoCAD •MS Office
Gender Male
Education major Engineering
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills •Management Skills •Communication Skills •Time Management Skills •Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet agreed due date •Ability to work under pressure.
