Description Following up tasks given by the direct Manager to meet deadlines. Preparing correspondence and other written tasks. Maintaining appointment schedules and handling inquires. Facilitating the smooth operation of the Manager Office through the keeping of records. Coordinating with other departments to carry out tasks given in a timely manner Sending and receiving e-mails and faxes. Recording meeting minutes. Handling all the incoming and outgoing mails. Building up and maintain a high level of performing special assignments as required. Providing support in the coordination of the commercial/engineering departments. Handling contracts circulation. Helping in the commercial/engineering implementation processes and follow ups. Responsible for office administration. Writing letters and documents in English and Arabic. Creating & maintaining the office filing systems. Coordinating between commercial departments across all subsidiaries. Responsible for preparing presentations and reports. Scheduling meetings and handling the Managers agenda. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 1-3 years of experience is required. • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office (world, excel, power point, access). • Excellent in the Internet research. • Time management. • Communication skills.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. •Excellent computer skills.
