Description 1. To provide second line technical IT support, improving customer experience and interaction. 2. Working in the first line support function as senior team member, providing tasking, mentoring and supporting call capture and resolution. 3. To deliver effective IT support within a developed framework where calls are recorded, assigned, resolved and closed. 4. Working within a service delivery framework monitoring service levels and IT function compliance. 5. Developing, managing and supporting desktop applications to agreed levels through identifying efficiency and performance improvements. 6. Contribute to the IT operational governance, policy, processes, to ensure IT availability is maintained and compliant with on-going regulation and legislation. 7. Ensure asset control and configuration of the IT desktop and /or modification of IT equipment is maintained under robust change control. 8. Identify, articulate and manage risks associated with IT. 9. Over sea the end to end service delivery of business services / solutions delivered to ensure performance meets agreed services levels. 10. Provide reporting to IT Operational manager on all aspects of IT operation, including operation analysis and OLA measures.
Qualifications University degree, 1year experience, Excellent communication skills, , Problem solver, presentable.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
