Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Prepares a plan for replacement and renewal of computer by study the departments and BU needs to avoid any sudden malfunctions. Supports all employees by Provides hardware, and software maintenance to ensure their satisfaction with the IT service Participate in the design and implementation of the infrastructure services and follow up on the new projects implementation, such as CCTV project, Attendance system , etc. Plan and follow-up the data backup procedure for User PCs, to ensure that all the computer data is secure & available.
Qualifications 2-5 years relevant experience in IT Help desk Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering MCP certification is a must MCSE certification is an asset. Very Good Communication skills Ability to work under stress Time Management
