Description Handle service installation with corporate customers (First Level) Handle daily customer problems/requests Running first lever troubleshooting steps Handle customers requests concerning initial Modem and router configurations, upgrade/downgrade working local loops, testing local loops characteristics, testing hardware(modems&routers), migration(change technology of local loops), testing and finding new solutions for installing enterprise customers, testing & finding new CPEs more efficient & cheaper, retrieve modems of terminated links
Qualifications Bachelor of engineering, CCNA is a must

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Team player, hard worker, can work under stress and meet strict deadlines. Ability to prioritize, can handle multiple tasks. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good customer presentation, customer oriented. Initiative, self-motivated and ambitious.
