Description 1. Programming a) Facilitate parent-child interactive activities. Our classes include age appropriate play activities on our custom designed play equipment, songs, etc. b) Teach and organize birthday parties. c) Lesson plan according to the curriculum. 2. Sales/Customer Service a) Be responsible for knowing and achieving sales goals. b) To provide information and sell enrollments, merchandise, birthday parties and special events to new and existing customers. c) Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, greet and service customers. d) Assist with off-site grassroot events 3. Operations a) Attend designated staff meetings and trainings. b) Maintain site standards
Qualifications -Foreign qualified with good English accent. -Experience working with children newborn to 5 years preferred. -Solid group leadership skills -Sales experience -Basic computer skills -Phone skills -Customer service oriented -Team player -Flexible -Outgoing, -enthusiastic, -gregarious, -creative
