Description 1-Designing the solutions and bill of material according to the customer needs 2- Offering technical training and products awareness for the internal sales team and resellers 3-Supporting sales requests through Mails / outdoor meeting to listen to customer requirements and offering solutions 4-Answering customer complaints related to the solutions and technology. 5- Ensure that sales, Product Management and the Development receive such support as they request. 6-Presenting companys production range at customer site in order to build good relationship with customers. 7-Prepare technical offers 8-Contacting suppliers for the technical issues regarding the tenders.9-Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
Qualifications 1-Electrical Engineer with minimum two years of experience in pre-sales activities 2- Working with Storage, backup & recovery products such as HP,IBM. Dell ,EMC… 3-Preferable certified Engineer from the SAN brands 4- Candidate must have significant pre-sales experience of high value solutions.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills 1-Ability to understand business process and business problems. 2- Ability to understand data relationship and how data can be used to solve business problems. 3- Ability to multiple subjects and products
