Description a) Lead study designs in consumer and sensory studies. b) Identifying and determining appropriate study methodologies for attending the objectives through internal-external sources and by own practical work c)Analyse and interpret data to draw out sharp product insights. d) Coordinate Consumer Technical Insight (CTI) activities on daily basis. e) Setting up product testing for clients. e) Sensory analysis (Setting up of panels, running the panels, Knowledge of various sensory tests, software). f)Product sensory evaluation & qualitative consumer research. g) Planning, designing & co-ordinating sensory & research studies for Personal care & Foods. h) Setting up of expert sensory panels. i) Identifying & designing of new methodologies & techniques. j) To also be involved & conduct consumer research in FMCG. k) Adopt new product testing methodologies and testing.
Qualifications a) Bachelor of Chemistry or Physics from an accredited university. b) Equivalent training in Flavours and sensory evaluation background. c) 4-6 years of experience in consumer products, fragrance, flavour testing.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Market orientation to know the competitive trends in FMCG industry. Self learning curve for newer methodologies in sensory & consumer methodologies. Comfortable in cross functional interactions. Versed with basic marketing & consumer parlance. Accept travel as part of work (India and overseas). Energetic, enthusiastic, and patient listener.
