Description — Designing and executing manual test plans and test scripts for complete modules and/or workflows. — Converting business requirements into test plans and test cases. — Working closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failures. — Bug fix verification and validation — Works collaboratively with internal departments in the planning and analysis of business systems requirements, system changes and enhancements. Defines system processes as they relate to system enhancements. — Communicate system status and track issues and enhancement requests. — Support new product development and continuous improvement and by integrating quality control tools (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) — performance standards, procedures, and audit controls in order to meet business requirements, as well as Identify and implement process — Improvements require increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations. — controlling new product development processes — Create and maintain QA control documentation. — Create and review technical documentation, including project plans, test procedures, and design documents - Life Insurance Background is a must.
Qualifications • Provide highly and excellent customer service. • Working using multitasking concept. • Automated and performance testing experience • Ability to manage and assist teams if required • Active, working using critical thinking with time management concept. • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite. • Experience with designing and developing test cases based upon system specifications documentation. • Strong understanding and hands on experience with QA processes and methodologies • Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker. • Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings, weekends and on call. • No regular travel required. - Life Insurance Background is a must

Other Skills Experience in Life Insurance field is a must.
