Description Disciplining the inspection process for Raw materials, Packaging material, In-process & Finished product. Troubleshoot and resolve operation issues. Preshipment samples, raw, packaging materials, In-process & Finished product inspection according to in-house or official specifications. Daily follow up for water station and boiler to insure its conformity to the standards. Validate the submitted test methods from R & D. Perform and document testing of Lab actives and excipient materials using wet and instrumental analysis. Perform all test method of materials according to sops . Perform wet and instrumental analysis ( HPLC, UV, GC, IR, Melting point device, Refractive index, Viscometer, Conduct meter, Titroprocessor, pH meter, Balance, Furnaces, muffles and ovens, Optical rotation device, Centrifuge, Sieve analyzer, Ion selective electrodes ) of raw materials, In-process & Finished product. Check and standardization of volumetric & test solutions in lab. Preparing, revising and updating work instructions and log book for new instruments. Participate in validation of manufacturing process and cleaning validation. Repeat the test method procedure in case of out of specification result. Sampling and coding of raw materials and packaging materials.
Qualifications Minimum of one year experience in a relevant position in Pharmaceutical or Cosmetics Company. BSc. of Science- Chemistry Department with grade very good or higher.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Must be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize job functions with attention to detail and within required time-frames. Attention to details. Excellent communication skills.
