Description -Receive the damaged devices from the customer care employees attached with the customer receipt to be tested and registered on excel and also review COSMOS program. -Locate the received devices after conduct all needed tests on its location to be ready to be used by the maintenance engineer. -Assign on COSMOS program all delivered devices to each maintenance engineer. -Receive the repaired devices from the maintenance engineer, ensure form its data, register it on COSMOS program and test it to ensure it is well repaired. -Register on the Excel the device data and its location to be easy out. -Update COSMOS and register on the Excel sheet all data in case the device is not well repaired or a new problem appears. -Send daily Excel sheet report regarding all devices status to the call center. -Register all delivered devices to the customer care on Excel sheet. -Register the O.B.F devices data on Excel sheet. -Review and monitor the quality work on frequently basis specially the devices comparing with the records. -Coordinate with the courier company to ensure branch shipments. -Perform any assigned tasks with the same level of authority
Qualifications -Relevant experience in the same field 0-1 years. -University degree in any discipline. -Good Knowledge of quality control. -Good command of English language & Excellent Computer skills.
