Description 1. Maintaining custody of all accounting documents pertaining to Account Payable 2. Verifying and accounting all documents in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the company. 3. Ensure that proper approvals are obtained as per the delegation of authority chart for all documents. 4. Maintain records and vendor files. 5. Review the invoices and cheque requests; Sort and Match invoices and cheques 6. Resolve invoices discrepancies 7. Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services 8. Verify that transactions are in comply with financial policies and procedures 9. Manage the weekly cheque run. 10. List all vendor cheque in the log book. 11. Investigate and resolve vendor queries 12. Complete payroll function in order to ensure staffs are paid in an accurate and timely manner. 13. Monitors budget transactions for expenses 14. Monitors and support taxation issues 15. Monthly Accounts along with performance review reports to be circulated latest by 7th of every month. 16. Income and Expenditure Variance report to be submitted to Finance Manager within 5 days of circulating the monthly PNL report and other task required
Qualifications B.Sc. of commerce, Accounting Section
Gender Male
Education major Accounting
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills 1 - Excellent Computer Skills especially in using MS Excel, Word and Financial Information Systems 2 - Very good soft skills such as time management, communication skills,etc.
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
